Refund policy
Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date and items must be unworn and in re-saleable condition.
28 days to make our customer care (care@ajouterstore.com) aware of a missing parcel or damaged item(s) as our couriers are not able to assist with any matters after 28 days.
Returns postage must be paid by the customer and we advise sending the item tracked with proof of postage - if the item is lost in the post we will be unable to process the return. Your refund will be processed within 10 working days from when it arrives back to us.
